I just wanted to compliment an employee at your Coon Rapids location, as well as the store itself. My wife and I were shopping for a sectional sofa last Thursday 5/24. Jennifer at the Coon Rapids store spent about an hour with us discussing sofas and options to create our own. We had been to at least half a dozen other furniture stores, and she was more helpful, friendly, and patient than any other worker at the other stores. We also had our 2 year old daughter with us, which could have made the experience much more difficult. However Jennifer was wonderful with her too, even presenting her with a stuffed animal. She helped us find the sofa we desired, and we left planning to purchase it. However we happened upon a Memorial Day deal elsewhere that was too good to pass on. The experience at the store, along with Jennifer’s (and her manager’s) customer service will ensure we shop there in the future, as well as recommend it to our friends and family. The store itself was clean and easy to shop around in. Thank you very much!
