Went to Plants and Things for the first time 4 days ago. Lots of inventory. SAM was the employee who helped us and had so much knowledge on the materials and sustainability. Not pushy, gave us space and sat with us and explained everything and even what he personally thought of what we were thinking of. We bought 2 outdoor chairs and cushions for our 3 season porch. Beautiful store with Amish built patio furniture. My special ordered side table came in and it’s darling! Picked a couple folding Adirondack chairs to match and got to take them home same day! Tons of inventory on hand and everything is beautifully crafted. Could not be happier with my new patio set!!

Beautiful New Store! Lots of things to choose from. We were there twice looking. Both times we had great customer service. When we bought our outdoor furniture set we actually had the store owner. Not only did they help me with a great idea in wall hanging but even did a beautiful job wrapping with ribbons and all!

I will start out this letter by saying I never fill out reviews or surveys. Not that there is anything wrong with them. I just don't take the time. My wife and I have lived in Otsego since 1990. When shopping for furniture we used to look at all the stores. But we always end up buying from Furniture and Things on Highway 10. Everyone in the store is great. I go out of my way to find Steve H. The man is a real asset to your company. There is never any pressure and he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to furniture. If you check your records you will see that every piece of furniture in our home was purchased at Furniture and Things. My wife and I don't even waste time looking at other stores anymore and Steve is a big part of the reason. I would appreciate if you let Steve and the rest of the staff know their efforts do not go unnoticed.

I just wanted to compliment an employee at your Coon Rapids location, as well as the store itself. My wife and I were shopping for a sectional sofa last Thursday 5/24. Jennifer at the Coon Rapids store spent about an hour with us discussing sofas and options to create our own. We had been to at least half a dozen other furniture stores, and she was more helpful, friendly, and patient than any other worker at the other stores. We also had our 2 year old daughter with us, which could have made the experience much more difficult. However Jennifer was wonderful with her too, even presenting her with a stuffed animal. She helped us find the sofa we desired, and we left planning to purchase it. However we happened upon a Memorial Day deal elsewhere that was too good to pass on. The experience at the store, along with Jennifer's (and her manager's) customer service will ensure we shop there in the future, as well as recommend it to our friends and family. The store itself was clean and easy to shop around in. Thank you very much!

I have driven by Plants and Things USA many times and never knew what it was about until I finally got a chance to stop in. The selection blew my mind and the customer service was top notch. The prices were what you'd expect for top quality and (mostly) American made products that will last a lifetime. It's great to see quality businesses and managers still exist in today's world.

My husband and I would like you to know that we had a pleasant shopping experience in your store in November and wanted thank you and your employees for the friendly and helpful service. I visited the store three times to make my decision and everyone including those who didn't help me directly were friendly and helpful. They seemed liked they liked their jobs and were really interested in helping me. You, Phil, and John M were the salesmen that helped me. Fast service too. I ordered it on November 19th and it was delivered on December 19th! We love it!! I will certainly recommend your store to anyone thinking of any furniture purchases.
